Position Overview

As a Services and Benefits Call Center Agent, you will play a key role in providing outstanding service by managing calls, processing orders, enrollments, and reimbursements, and ensuring accurate documentation. This remote work-from-home role operates 7 days per week, from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM ET, with weekends and holidays as required. The role offers a competitive starting rate of $17 per hour, with potential to earn up to $28.46 based on performance, experience, and location.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outbound calls with superior service for customers, members, and Health Plan partners.
- Process and track member orders, including enrollments and reimbursements.
- Accurately document member files and maintain call center service level standards.
- Perform offline tasks such as data entry, managing backorders, and other off-phone activities as needed.
- Support a culture of inclusion, diversity, and excellence in alignment with CVS Health policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience.
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
- Dedicated, work-from-home space free of distractions.
- Consistent, reliable, and stable internet connection.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a structured, fast-paced call center environment.
- Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) preferred.
- Experience with call center technologies and applications.
- Prior experience working in a call center environment.
- Ability to prepare effective written documents and communicate with all levels.
