Job Responsibilities:

As a Call Center Survey Agent, you will be responsible for:

Conducting outbound surveys with respondents via phone
Accurately recording respondent answers
Handling difficult calls in a professional manner
Meeting productivity and quality standards

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to read and speak clearly
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on site at our Logan, UT office
Typing speed of 30 wpm (preferred)
Ability to sit and type for majority of shift
