Call Centre Agent
Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and professional Call Centre Agent to manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a fully remote environment. This role is ideal for an experienced call centre professional who is confident on the phone, meets targets consistently, and takes pride in every customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests within agreed timeframes
Accurately capture and update all call information in the CRM system
Follow approved scripts and call flows while adapting naturally to each conversation
Achieve daily and weekly call handling and quality assurance targets
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or department
Maintain a courteous, professional, and solution-focused approach at all times
Qualifications and Experience
2+ years of experience in a call centre or telephonic customer service role
Clear, confident, and professional verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications
Reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection and quality headset
Patient, resilient, and solution-oriented under pressure
Ability to work shifts if required
Matric certificate required
Salary: R25,000/month | 100% Remote
