Position Summary
The Campaign Launch Specialist is responsible for setting up and launching digital marketing campaigns for our healthcare provider clients. This includes Facebook advertising campaigns, email marketing campaigns, and SMS marketing campaigns. In this role you will be managing multiple client campaign launches simultaneously, communicating directly with healthcare providers via email and video call, and working within tight turnaround windows.

You will follow established processes and checklists for every launch and will have direct support from the team lead throughout your onboarding and beyond. This is an execution-focused role. Your primary responsibility is getting campaigns live accurately and on time.

Campaign performance monitoring and optimization after launch is handled by a separate team.

What You'll Do:
Campaign Setup & Launch
Set up and launch Facebook advertising campaigns for new clients, following a standardized checklist from start to finish

Set up and launch email marketing campaigns for clients, including importing contact lists, configuring automations, and testing before sending

Set up and launch SMS marketing campaigns for clients once all compliance requirements have been met

Clean and prepare client contact lists before importing them into our marketing platform

Test all campaign components before marking a launch complete to ensure everything is working correctly

Send clients a confirmation when their campaigns are live and update internal records accordingly

Prelaunch Client Communications
Communicate directly with healthcare providers to collect everything needed before their campaigns can go live
Access to their Facebook business page and advertising account

Payment method set up on their advertising account

Verified phone number on their advertising account

Patient contact list for email and SMS campaigns

Conduct video calls with clients who need step-by-step guidance completing pre-launch requirements, you will be on camera and should be comfortable walking non-technical clients through the process

Follow up consistently until all requirements are met and document all communication in our CRM

Escalate unresolved issues to the team lead after two failed follow-up attempts

Performance Standards:
Campaign launch turnaround: within 72 hours of being assigned and all client requirements are met

Launch accuracy: 100% - every campaign is tested and confirmed working before it is marked complete

Client response time: within 3 business hours. All messages received before 4pm EST acknowledged by EOD

Pre-launch preparation: all required assets and access collected before a launch is attempted

What We’re Looking For:
Excellent written and spoken English

Experience in a client-facing or customer success role

Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager

Experience with building, testing, and troubleshooting marketing automations and workflows

Strong attention to detail - you find errors before they go live

Available Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm EST

Reliable internet connection and a quiet workplace for video calls

Prior experience in a digital marketing agency

Experience managing email deliverability and contact lists
