We are hiring a strategist who understands both capital raising and full-stack marketing. This is not an editor, an ads freelancer, or a general virtual assistant. This role requires someone who can own strategy across investor acquisition, content, funnels, email, community growth, and overall brand positioning.

The right person will remove 70 to 80 percent of the founders’ workload and take over the media and acquisition systems that support real estate deals, capital raising, and growth of the Cashflow Collective community.

Editors who only cut videos
Ads specialists who cannot build strategy
VAs who post content but cannot direct campaigns
Marketers who do not understand compliance or accredited investors

Candidate Profile

Only apply if you can meet most of the following:

• Raised at least 10M through digital funnels
• Understands multifamily, private lending, or syndication models
• Understands accredited investor psychology and how to position an offer toward high net worth audiences
• Has built content engines or media systems for real estate operators, investment firms, or capital raising brands
• Understands basic SEC compliant language for Reg D and investor marketing
• Can scale a paid community or membership model
• Can design an affiliate or partner ecosystem
• Understands deal structuring and investor communication
• Understands brand building, narrative development, and trust-building for raising capital
• Has broader marketing leadership experience in areas such as email, paid social, landing pages, conversion strategy, distribution strategy, and KPI tracking

This person will function as a strategic lead in marketing, not a technical executor. You will guide direction, messaging, distribution, and growth.

Core Responsibilities

Investor Lead Generation
• Build and optimize the marketing systems that attract accredited and private investors
• Create and refine funnels, nurturing frameworks, application flows, and partner channels

Marketing Leadership
• Guide the overall marketing strategy for the brand
• Identify opportunities across paid traffic, organic distribution, social media, email, partnerships, and content
• Conduct weekly reporting and performance reviews with founders

Content and Media Architecture
• Build content frameworks that are designed specifically to attract investors
• Provide hooks, messaging structures, and guidelines for video, email, and community assets

Compliance Aware Messaging
• Create investor facing communication that does not violate SEC restrictions
• Understand how to educate investors without implying returns or guarantees

Community and Distribution
• Help scale the Cashflow Collective community
• Build a partner and affiliate ecosystem that drives additional deal flow and audience growth

Requirements

• Evidence of past capital raising or investor acquisition results
• Understanding of real estate, multifamily, syndications, or private lending
• Ability to lead marketing initiatives at a strategic level
• Ability to work directly with founders, set direction, and manage execution through internal teams or outside contractors
• Experience building systems, not only creating content or running ads

Preferred but not required:
• Experience with investor newsletters or media brands
• Experience running webinars, investor summits, or educational funnels
• Experience helping a company raise more than 25M over multiple campaigns

Compensation

Estimated budget is 7,000 to 10,000 per month depending on proven results.
This is a results driven role expected to influence at least several hundred thousand dollars in capital raised repeatedly over time.

The strategist hired into this position will save the company years of trial and error and accelerate investor acquisition significantly.
