Are you someone who thrives on precision, planning, and problem-solving at scale? This role sits at the heart of our operations ensuring that every card, device, and VAS product gets to the right place, at the right time, across South Africa, Botswana, and Zimbabwe.

You’ll take ownership of the full inventory lifecycle from supplier coordination and warehouse management to cross-border logistics ensuring seamless availability that keeps our business moving forward.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Inventory & Supplier Management

Own the end-to-end procurement of card stock and VAS products

Build strong supplier relationships and resolve delivery challenges

Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure compliance standards are met

Cross-Border Distribution

Coordinate distribution across multiple countries

Work closely with logistics and customs partners

Monitor stock levels regionally and drive proactive replenishment

Warehouse & Stock Control

Oversee inventory storage, security, and batch tracking

Conduct stock counts and resolve discrepancies

Ensure accurate, reliable stock data at all times

Agent & Branch Enablement

Allocate inventory to agents and branches efficiently

Process stock requests within agreed timelines

Support new agents with onboarding stock requirements

VAS Product Lifecycle

Manage SIM cards, devices, and other VAS products

Support demand planning and forecasting

Oversee returns, discontinued items, and product compliance

Operational Projects

Support platform migrations (e.g., stock alignment for system changes)

Manage stock transitions and reduce risk of obsolete inventory

Reporting, Compliance & Audits

Produce accurate inventory and stock movement reports

Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations

Support finance with audits and reconciliations

What You Bring

Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field

4–6 years’ experience in inventory or supply chain management

Experience across multiple locations or regions

Strong systems knowledge (SAP, Oracle, Sage, or similar)

Skills That Set You Apart

Advanced Excel and data analysis capability

Strong understanding of inventory control and logistics

Ability to forecast demand and analyse trends

Knowledge of compliance and stock security practices
