Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team and provide compassionate care to individuals in a care home setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in home care and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Support the implementation of care plans
- Maintain accurate records of care provided
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families

Requirements
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Ability to use IT systems for record keeping
- Experience in home care is desirable
- Familiarity with care home environments is advantageous
