Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of those you care for in their home or community setting.

Responsibilities
• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Monitor and document vital signs as needed, ensuring any changes are reported to healthcare professionals.
• Administer medication according to prescribed schedules and maintain accurate records of medication administration.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and engaging environment.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, including lifting clients safely when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality and privacy.
• Support clients in maintaining their independence while providing direct support as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance caregiving skills.

Experience
• Previous experience in home health care, long-term care, or senior care is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of CPR techniques and basic first aid is advantageous.
• Familiarity with home community care practices and direct support services is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
• A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others live fulfilling lives.

Pay: $12.47 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 16 per week
