Job Description:

Able to understand, support and follow company policies and procedures

Experience and Skills:
Experience in a high volume inbound and outbound customer service call center with computer input during calls
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Attention to detail
High School Diploma or GED required
Excellent communication skills; oral, verbal, written and listening
Must have excellent attendance and punctuality
Strong Computer Skills: Excel, Web based applications, Google Maps
Type 40wpm
Ability to adapt to an ever changing, growing business environment
Bi-lingual speaking skills a plus
