Are you a strategic leader with a track record of driving growth, raising capital, and creating significant value in FinTech SaaS technology businesses? We are seeking a dynamic
CEO/COO
to lead and scale a high-growth FinTech SaaS company, shaping its future and positioning it for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead overall business strategy and execution to drive sustainable growth.
• Secure funding from private equity and/or venture capital firms to fuel expansion.
• Oversee financial planning and ensure strong fiscal management.
• Develop and execute exit strategies, whether through acquisition, IPO, or strategic partnerships.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Manage relationships with investors, board members, and key stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:
• FinTech Industry Expertise
– Proven leadership experience in SaaS based FinTech or technology-driven companies.
• Fundraising Success
– Track record of raising capital through private equity, venture capital, or institutional investors.
• M&A and Exit Experience
– Successfully led a business through an exit or significantly increased company value.
• Financial Acumen
– Ideally, a background in finance, accounting, or investment (MBA, CFA, or similar a plus).
• Operational Excellence
– Ability to scale operations, drive efficiency, and maximize profitability.
