Certified Pharmacy Technician (Remote)

• MUST be Certified within the state of Texas
• MUST live within the state of Texas
• MUST be able to commit to the 4-week training period without any time off
• • Training is M-F 8 to 5 PM CST

Title: Certified Pharmacy Technician

Duration: Contract to hire - 800 hrs (5-6 months) before converting to full time employee status

Location: REMOTE

Pay: $18.50

Overview

• 
  
  Speaking to patients 100% of the time on the phone or through messaging to provide their medications needs.
• 
  Addressing billing issues by preparing and submitting third-party insurance claims.
• 
  Troubleshooting complex pharmacy cases.
• 
  Delivering extraordinary customer service while handling patient escalations.
• 
  Work closely with doctors' office to manage refill requests, prior authorizations and coverage determinations.

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of CPhT experience
• 1+ years of Pharmacy Billing experience
• 1+ years of Customer Service experience
• Active CPhT license/good standing with Texas Board of Pharmacy

• Fertility Pharmacy experience
• Prior remote work experience
• Macbook/Apple product experience
