Chat Support Representative
Dark Storm Industries, a leading manufacturer in the firearms and tactical gear industry, is seeking a highly motivated Chat Support Representative to join our dynamic customer experience team. Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat
Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, and general inquiries
Troubleshoot basic product issues and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate departments
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within our CRM system
Provide knowledgeable support in compliance with industry regulations
Contribute to improving chat support protocols and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in chat or e-commerce
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and platforms
Knowledge or interest in firearms or tactical equipment is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred
