We’re now looking for a Chief Operating Officer to join our executive team and lead core business operations as we scale to the next stage of growth.

The Role

As COO, you'll work closely with our CEO and CTO to lead day-to-day business operations and ensure the company runs efficiently, effectively, and with focus on delivery excellence. You’ll take ownership of operational strategy, cross-department collaboration, and team scalability - turning strategic plans into measurable outcomes.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
  • Has 5+ years of leadership experience in operations, ideally in a fast-paced tech company

    Has led cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Legal, Delivery) and managed P&L accountability

    Combines strategic thinking with operational rigor and attention to detail

    Is comfortable working remotely and cross-functionally across time zones

    Brings a systems mindset and strong process design skills

    Has experience working directly with a CEO/founder or at the executive level

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic & Operational Leadership

    Drive strategic planning cycles and ensure alignment with revenue, cost, and company-wide OKRs

    Lead monthly and quarterly OKR reviews across all departments

    Oversee internal initiatives, board preparation, and execution of strategic projects.

    ⚙️ Process, Performance & Resource Management

    Build and optimize scalable operational systems and workflows across departments

    Ensure timely execution of core processes (budgeting, onboarding, compliance)

    Lead workforce planning, recruitment coordination, and bench/resource management

    Ensure teams have the right capacity, structure, and accountability to deliver results.

    People & Team Development

    Define clear roles, responsibilities, and growth plans across functions

    Manage and coach department heads (HR, Recruitment, Delivery)

    Oversee performance management cycles and ensure team alignment with company goals.

    Financial & Legal Oversight

    Lead company budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation

    Ensure accuracy and on-time delivery of financial reports (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet)

    Supervise legal workflows: contracts, payrolls, vendor agreements, and financial approvals.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration & Risk Management

    Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to monitor ROI and optimize resources

    Mitigate operational risks through policy management and governance controls

    Ensure operational continuity, data access security, and regulatory compliance.
