The Document Clerk will manage administrative tasks related to mortgage documents, ensuring efficient processing and client support while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently multitask and prioritize between multiple client procedures and service level agreements while processing mortgage loan document packages
- Elevate any data and document discrepancies to our clients and management team for resolution in order to avoid transactional delays
- Monitor multiple mailboxes and workflows as well as handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as mail and scanning of documents
- Support the team by providing quick and precise responses based on client requirements and FCT standards
- Seek opportunities to improve customer experience by taking ownership of every file by recognizing trends and identifying areas requiring process improvements
Skills
- Strong Customer Service skills with Minimum 6 months customer service-related experience
- Knowledge of various computer systems including Excel, Outlook, word and the ability to learn internal systems
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Thorough, accurate and focused in a high paced environment producing high quality work
- Ability to exercise good judgment in protecting confidential information
