No prior travel industry experience is required. We provide the training, tools, and ongoing support needed for success.
Key Responsibilities
Support clients throughout the travel planning and booking journey
Help coordinate vacation packages, cruises, accommodations, and transportation services
Research travel opportunities, destination information, and supplier offerings using approved platforms
Verify reservation details and travel information before final confirmation
Deliver exceptional customer care through phone, email, and online communication channels
Assist with itinerary revisions, booking requests, and travel-related follow-up
Maintain organized client files, confirmations, and travel records
Participate in educational workshops, virtual meetings, and training programs
