Key Responsibilities

Review travel requests and booking information to ensure all details are properly documented

Provide personalized assistance based on client interests, travel objectives, and scheduling needs

Manage client communications through email, phone calls, and online messaging platforms

Assist with reservation corrections, itinerary enhancements, and travel-related follow-up

Maintain well-organized records of client interactions and travel documentation

Complete assigned training modules and participate in virtual team discussions
