Responsibilities

Provide clients with helpful travel information, available options, and recommendations that align with their goals and budget
Communicate with clients through email, phone, and online messaging platforms in a professional manner
Support clients with itinerary adjustments, booking updates, and general service-related requests
Maintain organized records, booking notes, and client documentation
Attend online trainings, team meetings, and educational sessions to stay updated on industry information and tools
