Role Summary

The Client Success Associate is responsible for providing day-to-day operational support to clients and Client Success Managers while creating positive working relationships with healthcare supplier partners. The Client Success Associate is responsible for qualifying placement opportunities, posting requisitions, completing profile screening and onboarding support, creating and distributing activity and performance reports, providing follow-up initiatives, and customer service. The Client Success Associate is required to meet and develop relationships with hiring managers in facilities as directed by the Client Success Manager.

Works Closely With 

Client Hiring Managers, supplier partners, and internal team members

What You’ll Do

Meet and/or exceed all established role-related KPIs (e.g., productivity, time to vet, submissions vetted, offer to accept, etc.)

Effectively manage a desk of 150 TOA within six (6) months

Assist Implementations team with any tasks associated with the implementation of a new or existing account

Assist in identifying opportunities for program improvements

Assist with the development and review of periodic performance reports

Develop knowledge of VMS technology for data management and client configurations, staffing processes, candidate onboarding and general customer support of the VMS to internal and external customers

Audit bookings in technology or via contract for accuracy for clients and supplier partners

Maintain communication with supplier partners on status of open contracts, decline reasoning, and extensions

Maintain exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients by providing prompt and proactive follow up/responsiveness

Manage the creation and distribution of periodic activity and performance reports, as directed

Manage, upload, and distribute facility onboarding documents, as directed

Provide appropriate team coverage when necessary with assigned client or across the enterprise when directed

Review and prescreen profiles to ensure accuracy of skillset and experience required, references and skills checklist to meet requirements for hiring manager and/or clinical interview specialist

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

1 year of experience in a customer facing position

Ability to work quickly and accurately independently and in a team setting in a fast-paced environment

Ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and interpersonally

Proven experience in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Internet

We will consider any suitable combination of education, training, and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Healthcare industry experience

Knowledge of hospital systems, medical terminology and/or healthcare services

Familiarity with vendor management systems (VMS)

Compensation & Benefits

$22.36 - $27.40 per hour
