Job Description

AWISEE is looking for an Influencer Marketing Retention Specialist to strengthen long-term relationships with creators, agencies, and influencer partners across international campaigns.
This role focuses on retention, relationship management, creator satisfaction, campaign continuity, and improving long-term collaboration performance.

Responsibilities

Maintain and strengthen relationships with influencers and creator partners

Ensure smooth communication throughout ongoing campaigns

Increase creator retention and repeat collaborations

Identify opportunities to improve creator experience and campaign satisfaction

Coordinate with campaign managers and outreach teams

Track relationship performance and partnership continuity

Resolve issues proactively and maintain positive communication

Help build scalable retention processes for the Influencer Marketing department

Requirements

Experience in Influencer Marketing, Partnerships, Account Management, or Talent Management

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Strong organizational and follow-up abilities

Ability to manage multiple creator relationships simultaneously

Fluent English communication skills

Experience working with international creators is a plus

Familiarity with influencer platforms and campaign workflows
