Position Summary
The Client Support & Financial Administration Specialist will support daily customer interactions, administrative coordination, appointment assistance, documentation management, and general financial administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage responsibilities in a structured remote environment.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable handling administrative and operational tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional support to clients through email and internal communication platforms
Assist with appointment coordination and customer scheduling support
Maintain accurate customer, administrative, and financial support records
Support invoice tracking, documentation organization, and reporting assistance
Assist with administrative workflow coordination and operational support activities
Maintain organized digital records and internal documentation
Coordinate professionally with internal departments and support teams
Support customer follow-up and general service-related inquiries
Ensure professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy in all communications and administrative tasks
Assist with day-to-day remote operational and client support functions
