Key Responsibilities

Conduct inbound and outbound calls with clients to provide information and guidance

Set appointments with individuals who have expressed interest in benefits

Deliver virtual presentations to explain available coverage and options

Assist clients in choosing the right benefits to meet their needs

Submit applications and ensure all eligibility requirements are met

Track and report daily activities and client interactions

Participate in ongoing training to develop new skills and expand product knowledge

Minimum Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older

High school diploma or equivalent (higher education a plus)

Strong communication skills and ability to manage time effectively

Customer-facing or service experience is helpful but not required
