Client Support Specialist
Qualification:
At least 3 years in the BPO industry
Excellent English communication and multitasking skills
Appointment setting background and other similar roles is a PLUS
Preferably with a background in Customer Service
Willing to work graveyard and can start training immediately
Experience in handling social media posting, replying to inquiries and comments.
Has an existing home office setup with a conducive work environment
Computer or laptop with specs of at least core i5 or higher/7th gen or newer, or its AMD equivalent, 16GB RAM, functional camera, industry
Excellennoise-canceling headset, and dual monitor
A stable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and download
Back-up power/internet is a must
