We are seeking a talented Clinical Account Manager to join our team, bringing their expertise in clinical consulting, account management, and population health strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and present comprehensive population health and care management strategies to various stakeholders, including account executives and clinicians.
Analyze and interpret clinical data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement in population health outcomes.
Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on healthcare policy, managed care industry trends, and best practices in care management.
Collaborate with clinical subject matter experts, reporting, and account informatics teams to develop and maintain high-quality account reporting and messaging.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of clinical/health management practice experience, with a strong understanding of managed care industry trends and healthcare policy.
Licensed clinician (e.g., RN, RPh) preferred.
Advanced degree (MPH, MBA, MSN or MS) preferred.
