Clinical Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Diversify Bx is committed to the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and is seeking a Clinical Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee ABA programs and ensure quality treatment for clients. The role involves supervising staff, designing intervention plans, and conducting assessments to support client outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Supervise ABA programs in home, center, community, and school settings
- Design age appropriate and socially significant goals and curated behavior intervention plans for clients
- Meet assigned caseload hours for each client
- Meet monthly billable requirements of 115 billable hours
- Ensure high clinical quality of programming, data analysis, design, and modification
- Create treatment plans and write progress reports using evidence-based strategies
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (using relevant assessment tools such as: Vineland, VB-MAPP and other relevant assessments)
- Develop parent programming guide to support fruitful outcomes
- Utilize safe and appropriate behavior modification strategies
- Attend staff training and conferences for professional growth
- Provide training and mentorship to clinical staff, including but not limited to supervision, support with growth and education
- Meet all clinical deadlines
Skills
- Master's Degree in Psychology or related field
- BCBA Certification in good standing
- NPI Number
- Minimum 6 months experience designing and supervising ABA programming
- Minimum 6 months experience conducting assessments, writing behavior plans and reports
- Minimum 6 months experience managing staff as well as a caseload
- Fluent in Discrete Trail Training (DTT), Natural Environment Teaching (NET), and Pivotal Response Training (PRT)
- Must be able to lift a max of 50 pounds
- Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sittings, standing) for extended periods of time
- Must be able to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time
- Must be willing and able to hold/transport and utilize quick body movements as indicated in the Behavior Intervention Plan
- Must be physically present at the assigned job location
- Must have reliable phone access with internet capability
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel between different job sites within 25 miles of your home address
- Must have a valid California Driver's License and insurance in good standing
- CPR or BLS Certification
