Clinical Training Coordinator (Remote – Full Time)

Company: Vera Whole Health

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Compensation Range: $19.00–$33.00 per hour (national market average; may vary by location) Location: Remote (U.S.‑based)

Vera Whole Health is seeking a highly organized and proactive Clinical Training Coordinator to support and coordinate clinical trainings across the organization. This role is essential in ensuring smooth training operations, effective communication, and seamless collaboration between departments. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, is detail‑oriented, and enjoys supporting others.‎ 
How will you make an impact & Requirements

What You’ll Do
Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Clinical Training department

Collaborate with People Strategy and IT teams to ensure smooth transitions from recruiting to training

Schedule, coordinate, and manage logistics for in‑person and virtual clinical trainings

Provide communication and logistical support to trainers before, during, and after sessions

Support the LMS Administrator with tasks in Bridge, Vera’s Learning Management System

Assist with planning and coordination for new clinic launches

Research and book venues for remote training locations; coordinate with onsite contacts

Organize and maintain inventory of clinical training supplies

Provide learner support during virtual training sessions

Assist the Clinical Training Manager as needed

Complete audits and support department metric reporting

Qualifications
1–2 years of experience driving projects to completion

1–2 years in a training, learning, or administrative support role preferred

1–2 years of front office or administrative experience

Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office

Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and development
