This is a <strong>contract role</strong> with <strong>40 hours/week</strong> and a <strong>competitive hourly rate of $30</strong>.

<strong>What You’ll Do</strong> </div><ul>
<li>Manage <strong>full-cycle recruitment</strong>: sourcing, screening, credentialing support, offer negotiation.</li>
<li>Build strong partnerships with <strong>Center Administrators</strong> to forecast needs and hit hiring goals.</li>
<li>Use recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, retention, offer acceptance) to drive hiring performance.</li>
<li>Support hiring for <strong>both frontline clinical roles and corporate office positions</strong>.</li>
<li>Optimize workflows and candidate experience through continuous <strong>process improvement</strong>.</li>
</ul><div><strong>You’ll Excel If You Have</strong></div><ul>
<li>2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in healthcare (urgent care or outpatient preferred).</li>
<li>Experience with credentialing, licensure, and compliance requirements in clinical hiring.</li>
<li>Strong command of ATS tools (CareerPlug prefered) and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Smart Sourcing.</li>
<li>Proven ability to meet KPIs like time-to-fill, 90-day retention, and candidate satisfaction.</li>
<li>Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.</li>
