What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial concrete structure projects
• Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques, formwork, and industry standards
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractors effectively
• Commitment to safety, quality control, and meeting project deadlines
• Strong leadership and communication skills to drive productivity and teamwork

What You’ll Do:
• Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure projects stay on track
• oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects while ensuring they stay within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Solve on-site challenges and adjust plans as needed to keep projects moving forward
