Job description: We currently have a position available in our completely renovated Pittsburgh office for a highly organized Customer Service Representative with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.We are a rapidly growing company offering both commercial and personal lines insurance. With over 25 insurance companies we represent, we have a policy to fit most businesses and individuals at the most competitive premium. Our tremendous growth has created a need for additional Insurance Agents / Client Service Representatives. Our organization is very demanding, very goal-oriented, and we only seek highly driven and motivated individuals.At Quantum Source Insurance Group, we value and seek committed team players that possess outstanding customer service skills and a sincere desire to meet the needs of our customers.Job responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming phone calls from existing and prospective clients, assessing their needs, and provide solutions as needed


• Help sales team rate new policies through our agency carrier portals when needed


• Cross-sell products to existing clients


• Process endorsements such as vehicle additions, driver additions, etc.


• Process renewals on our existing book of business each month


• Maintain detailed and accurate database of client information using our agency management system


• Other duties as assigned


• We must stress that this is a high energy, fast moving company. The ability to multi-task and stay organized is vitally important.

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Property and Casualty License


• At least one-year commercial insurance experience


• College degree preferred; high school diploma required

COVID-19 considerations:To ensure the safety of our employees our office is cleaned nightly by our building's cleaning service which uses hospital grade cleaning solutions. We also do a team deep clean of the office once per week.Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• customer service: 2 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Property and Casualty License (Preferred)

Work Location: In person and remote as neededFlexible work from home options available.

Expected salary: $40000 - 75000 per year
