Preferred Skills for Success:
8+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience

Active Property & Casualty license

Proficient with agency management systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook, carrier websites, and other software systems as needed for the position

Experience with mid-to-large-size accounts

The Role:
Managing some small accounts and servicing mid to large-sized accounts.

In-depth knowledge of various insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures

Build trusting relationships with carriers and clients

Knowledge of various insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures

Initial review of policies and preparation of coverage breakdowns

Respond to all inquiries from insureds regarding coverage, policy changes, premium payments, and related matters
