RESPONSIBILITIES

What You’ll Do / Your Impact
Client Partnership & Risk Strategy
Provide day‑to‑day servicing for assigned commercial client accounts
Build and maintain strong long‑term client relationships through proactive communication
Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to internal and external clients
Operational Excellence
Coordinate with the Commercial Sales team to service commercial accounts, including:New business placement
Renewals
Endorsements
Cancellations
Audits
Billing and financing
Certificates, schedules of insurance, EPI, and auto ID cards
Payments and customer inquiries

Address client concerns promptly and involve appropriate internal partners as needed
Notify leadership of significant issues and actions taken to resolve them
Ensure all work complies with insurance laws, company policies, and established procedures
Strategic Contribution
Support retention and account stability through accurate execution and responsive service
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account handling and client satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS

What You Bring
Required
High school diploma or GED
5+ years of industry‑related insurance experience
Active Property & Casualty insurance license
Strong working knowledge of commercial insurance practices and regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
Preferred
Commercial Lines experience
Experience working in Applied Epic or similar agency management systems

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Compensation:Hourly range: $28 – $43 per hour

Licensure & Certifications (If Applicable)

Active Property and Casualty License

Ability to obtain required licensure within agreed upon timeline after hire.
