About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial marketer who loves moving initiatives forward and getting things done. We need a proactive specialist with a commercial mindset who can support growth, partnerships, customer engagement, and brand positioning across multiple channels.

You should be someone who enjoys ownership, moves fast, thinks commercially, and can turn ideas into execution. If you are creative, analytical, resourceful, and energised by working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Commercial Enablement

Develop high-quality sales materials, including decks, one-pagers, case studies, and partner presentations

Support Strategic Partnerships with tailored pitch assets and commercial collateral

Support acquisition and partnerships through data-driven marketing initiatives

Content Marketing (LinkedIn Focus)

Develop and execute a LinkedIn content strategy

Create engaging, industry-relevant posts and campaigns to position Talixo as a credible and innovative B2B mobility partner

Monitor engagement metrics and optimise content performance accordingly

Email Marketing

Manage newsletters and B2B email campaigns

Segment communications based on partner tiers and audiences

Track campaign engagement and optimise performance across open rates, CTR, and conversions

Long Tail Partner Activation

Design and execute structured onboarding and educational email campaigns for long-tail partners

Drive partner activation and product adoption through automated content flows

Monitor engagement and continuously improve activation rates

Support re-engagement campaigns for inactive accounts

Direct Customer Engagement

Create targeted campaigns for direct customers

Increase repeat bookings and customer engagement

Analyse and report on campaign performance metrics

What We’re Looking For

2–5 years of experience in marketing, growth, commercial enablement, or B2B marketing

Entrepreneurial personality with high ownership and energy

Excellent written communication and storytelling skills

Experience with LinkedIn content, email marketing, and campaign management

Commercially minded and comfortable supporting sales and partnerships

Analytical approach with the ability to track and optimise performance

Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with multiple priorities

Hands-on mentality — you enjoy doing, not just planning

Nice to Have

Experience in SaaS, mobility, or travel industry

Familiarity with CRM and email automation tools

Basic design skills
