Commission-Only Appointment Setter for Small Business Website Builds

We are a small website company helping local businesses get clean, modern websites at a lower cost than many larger web design agencies.

We are looking for a U.S.-based, native-level English speaking appointment setter who is comfortable making outbound calls to small local businesses.

This is a commission-only opportunity. There is no hourly pay, guaranteed base pay, or upfront compensation.

Our typical website builds are generally in the $500 to $1,500 range, depending on the size and structure of the site. This is not a high-ticket $10,000 to $30,000 agency sales role. The offer is intentionally simple and affordable for small local businesses.

Your role would be to call local businesses, identify owners or decision-makers who may be open to improving their website, and tee up interested prospects for our team to follow up with a mock draft and pricing.

Compensation is paid only when a referred client signs up and pays for a website build. Commission is 25% of the first website build payment collected from the client.

Examples:

If the client pays $500, your commission would be $125.

If the client pays $1,000, your commission would be $250.

If the client pays $1,500, your commission would be $375.

No commission is paid for unclosed leads, unanswered calls, voicemails, or prospects who only request information but do not become paying clients.

We will provide a simple call script, target business categories, and guidance on the types of businesses to contact. We are looking for someone with a clear, natural phone presence who can sound friendly, professional, and conversational with local business owners.
