Commission Only High Ticket Closer for B2B Offer - Via Zoom Video, Low time commitment - Contract to Hire

We are hiring multiple individuals who are comfortable being on Zoom calls with audio and video on, dressed in a professional appearance (wearing black), with good lighting, and using our virtual background.

We sell high-ticket offers to other businesses, and I will personally show you how to close these high-ticket deals.

Some calls you will be on with me, and some you will handle independently. If you close a deal—whether you are on the call with me or not—you will still receive the full commission.

This is a commission-only role, with earnings ranging from $500 up to $10,000 per deal, depending on deal size.

This opportunity is best suited for individuals who are serious about sales and want to develop or sharpen high-income closing skills while working in a flexible environment.

Responsibilities

Attend Zoom calls with qualified leads (typically ~30 minutes)

Keep camera and audio on during all calls

Maintain a professional appearance (black attire, good lighting, clean setup)

Use the provided virtual background

Close high-ticket B2B offers

Participate in 1–2 training calls and apply feedback to improve performance

Handle calls both independently and, at times, alongside me

Requirements

Comfortable being on Zoom calls with video and audio enabled

Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with business clients

Professional presence and setup

Reliable internet connection

Availability during U.S. time zones

Willingness to learn and improve quickly with minimal training

Experience in high-ticket sales or closing

Background in B2B sales

Project Details

Compensation: Commission-only ($500–$10,000 per deal)

Training: 1–2 calls + ongoing feedback

Call Length: ~30 minutes per appointment

Schedule Flexibility:

As few as 1–2 appointments per week

Up to 3–4 calls per day

Time Commitment: Not demanding; flexible based on your availability

Scope: Ongoing opportunity with potential to become part of the core team with consistent performance
