Shape the future of subcontractor supply across Europe

We are looking for a commercially minded and strategic European Subcontractor Supply Chain Manager to lead and transform our subcontracted labor supplier base across Europe.

 

This is a high-impact role at the heart of our solutions and service business. You will drive supplier strategy, strengthen operational performance, and build a more standardized, scalable, and cost-effective subcontractor network across the region. Responsibilities:

In this role, you will take ownership of the European subcontracted labor supply base and help professionalize the way we engage, manage, and develop our subcontractor network.

Your focus will include:

Creating and implementing a standardized tendering approach using CCR tools to establish a strong baseline across Europe

Acting as a key driver in making Supply Chain the gatekeeper in the labor sourcing process

Building a flexible and resilient supplier base that can respond to both low and peak season demand

Identifying and introducing cross-border and low-cost sourcing opportunities

Performing make-or-buy analyses to support future workforce and subcontracting strategies

Developing and maintaining a subcontractor quality matrix

Partnering with training and operational teams to support qualification and capability development programs

Driving cost savings, labor productivity improvements, and margin expansion initiatives

Working closely with Finance to establish reliable productivity tracking and reporting mechanisms

Leading contract management, benchmarking, supplier performance improvement, and chargeback actions

Ensuring customer expectations are met through on-time delivery, quality, budget control, and compliance with EH&S standards

Acting as a trusted partner to both the European Supply Chain community and Business Leadership

Qualifications:

What you bring

You are a strong communicator, a hands-on problem solver, and a commercially aware supply chain professional who knows how to turn strategy into action.

We are looking for someone with:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is plus

5+ years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain

5+ years of experience in installation subcontracting and subcontractor management

Experience in a project-oriented installation business

Strong commercial, sourcing, and purchasing skills

Solid business judgment and a good understanding of how to influence the P&L through optimization initiatives

The ability to work independently and make sound business decisions in a dynamic environment

Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and bring people on board

Experience working across countries and cultures in an international organization

A technical mindset; refrigeration experience is a plus

Fluency in English and Czech
