Job Description:

As a Condo Review Analyst, you'll be responsible for reviewing condo project approvals for mortgage loans. This is a fully remote role.

What You'll Do

Review condo documents for loans

Provide condo approval/warranty to align with agency requirements

Analyze condo project documentation

Respond to condo scenario inquiries

Assist with government condo approvals

Assist with training for Lower team members on the condo process

Communicate with various departments on the requirements for condo approval

Provide and promote exceptional customer service both internally and externally

Meet minimum new condo review submittal expectations

Who You Are

2-4 years of mortgage underwriting or processing experience

Experienced with condo project reviews and documentation

Familiar with Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac guidelines

Proficient with Encompass

Able to work independently while meeting production standards

Detail-oriented and organized

Excellent communication and customer services skills
