What You'll Do:
Develop and execute social media strategies that support brand growth and talent acquisition goals
Create engaging, platform-specific content for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
Manage and respond to messages, comments, and reviews with professionalism and care
Track performance metrics to inform decisions and continuously improve campaigns
Plan and manage paid promotions with a data-driven, creative approach
Stay current on digital trends and social best practices
Collaborate across departments to tell meaningful stories and highlight our culture
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a Social Media Specialist or Manager role, ideally in healthcare or a related field
Strong recruitment marketing experience and talent-branding skills
Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and performance strategies
Exceptional writing, editing, and communication abilities
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
