The Consumer Loan Processor I - II role involves providing consumer lending support, gathering loan-specific details, reviewing loan documents, and ensuring accuracy in processing loan applications.
Responsibilities
- Provides consumer lending support and guidance to internal teams, non-members, and 3rd party companies, aligning with Westerra Experience service initiatives
- Requires an in-depth understanding of Westerra’s consumer lending products
- Involves gathering loan-specific details and documentation from members or partners
- Includes reviewing final loan details, payment methods, closing options, loan documents, and funding
- Offers guidance to other departments on lending matters
- Ensures accuracy, timeliness, and follow-up in processing loan applications
Skills
- 0-1 year experience in customer service
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
- Notary certification, or ability to obtain
- 2 years of similar or related experience
- Basic knowledge of consumer lending regulations
- Understanding of consumer lending regulations
