Content Creator

No Boring Brands (NBB) is a content agency and boutique media company that specializes in creating humorous content for brands. They are seeking a Content Creator who is adept at producing engaging content across various platforms, including client work, owned media, and personal branding efforts.

Responsibilities

• Produce meme content using industry tools (Canva, CapCut, Edits App, and others)
• Film, script, and edit skit content — from concept to final delivery
• Write clever, platform-native scripts across multiple niches and brand voices
• Deliver content in correct formats, resolutions, naming conventions, and platform specs
• Act as talent - lead roles, supporting characters, and background when needed
• Execute content strategy briefs and bring client vision to life
• Participate in creative reviews, brainstorms, and async feedback threads
• Proactively pitch meme angles, skit hooks, and new content formats based on performance trends
• Synthesize and implement feedback accurately, fast
• Coordinate with the Head of Customer Success to deliver client content on schedule
• Communicate proactively if content is blocked, delayed, or unclear
• Collaborate with the Founder, client contacts, and subcontractors on multi-person productions
