Work Setup & Collaboration

Remote Autonomy: Fully remote environment requiring high self-discipline and the ability to manage daily production quotas independently.

High-Velocity Schedule: Expected delivery of 4–6 short-form videos per day, maintaining a consistent brand voice across all assets.

Performance Feedback Loop: Collaborative but asynchronous workflow; you will receive data-driven feedback to analyze and modify content strategy.

Process Efficiency: Operates within a lean team structure where rapid execution and adherence to delivery deadlines are critical.

What You'll Do

Script, film, and edit 4–6 high-retention short-form videos daily tailored for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.

Engineer "scroll-stopping" hooks within the first 1–3 seconds to maximize initial view rates and minimize drop-off.

Apply rapid pacing and dynamic on-screen captions to maintain engagement and ensure accessibility.

Execute end-to-end production, including lighting, framing, and audio capture to ensure professional-grade output.

Analyze performance metrics such as retention and watch time to identify trends and modify future content.

Distill complex services into fast-paced, easily digestible video segments that deliver a clear message quickly.

Manage content versioning, iterating on high-performing hooks or CTAs to optimize for conversion.

Maintain ownership of the creative pipeline, ensuring all producted assets meet quality and performance benchmarks.

Retention Rate: Consistently achieve 55–70% audience retention across all video assets.

Engagement Depth: Maintain an Average Watch Time of 6–9 seconds.

Output Consistency: Reliable delivery of the daily 4–6 video quota without compromising clarity or messaging.

Required Qualifications

On-Camera Presence: Exceptional comfort on camera with clear English fluency and professional articulation **ARE A MUST**.

Video Editing Mastery: Proficient in mobile-first editing tools (e.g., CapCut) with a focus on pacing, transitions, and text overlays.
