Content Creator & Social Media Manager, Institutional

Location: Remote, Philippines
Reports to: Senior Institutional Marketer
Experience: 3–4 years in a comparable content / social role, ideally with exposure to financial services, crypto, fintech, or B2B/institutional audiences

Role Overview

We are looking for a content creator and social media manager to own institutional content and social channels for our institutional product suite. This person will translate market activity, product updates, and research into compelling copy across formats, from short-form social posts to long-form research documents, and use AI tooling to scale output across geographies and channels.

Key Responsibilities

Content creation

Write daily push communications, trade ideas, and market status updates for institutional clients

Draft, edit, and structure longer-form pieces including white papers, research notes, and thought-leadership articles

Adapt complex market, product, and technical concepts into clear, audience-appropriate copy for institutional readers (traders, treasurers, allocators, custodians, etc.)

Maintain a consistent institutional voice, tone, and editorial standard across all formats

Social media management

Own the day-to-day management of our institutional social channels, including our institutional Twitter/X and LinkedIn presences

Plan, schedule, and publish a steady cadence of posts aligned to market events, product launches, and research output

Repurpose long-form content (white papers, research) into social-native formats (threads, carousels, short-form video scripts, quote cards)

Monitor engagement, surface insights, and iterate on what works

AI-assisted production

Use AI tooling fluently to accelerate drafting, editing, localisation, and repurposing of content

Build repeatable AI-assisted workflows that scale output across multiple geographies, languages, and time zones

Maintain quality, accuracy, and brand consistency in all AI-assisted output

Cross-functional collaboration

Work closely with research, product, sales, and compliance teams to source insight and ensure accuracy

Coordinate with broader marketing on campaigns, launches, and integrated content moments

Requirements

3–4 years of experience in a content, copywriting, or social media role, ideally covering both short-form social and long-form written content

Demonstrably strong written English. Clear, concise, and credible to an institutional audience

Proven ability to take technical or market-heavy source material and turn it into engaging copy

Hands-on proficiency with modern AI tools (LLMs, image generation, transcription, automation) and a track record of using them to scale content output

Comfort operating autonomously, managing your own editorial calendar, and prioritising across competing requests

Familiarity with social publishing and analytics tools (e.g. native scheduling, Buffer, Sprout, Hootsuite, LinkedIn/X analytics)

Strong attention to detail, especially around numbers, market data, and compliance-sensitive language

Nice to Have

Working knowledge of crypto, digital assets, or traditional capital markets (FX, equities, derivatives, custody, prime brokerage)

Experience writing for institutional or B2B financial audiences

Basic design literacy (Figma, Canva) to produce or brief social creative

Experience building or fine-tuning prompt libraries, GPTs, or other AI-assisted editorial workflows

Multilingual capability or experience localising content across APAC, EMEA, or LATAM markets

What Success Looks Like in the First 6 Months

A reliable, on-time daily output of institutional comms (push notes, trade ideas, market updates)

Measurable growth in engagement and follower quality on institutional Twitter/X and LinkedIn

At least one well-received long-form piece (white paper or research note) produced end-to-end

Documented AI-assisted workflows that the wider marketing team can adopt
