Content Growth Editor (Podcast, LinkedIn, Instagram & YouTube)

We're looking for a highly ambitious Content Growth Editor who understands both content creation and content distribution.

This is NOT a simple video editing role.

You should understand:
• Podcast editing
• Short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn clips)
• Viral hooks
• Copywriting
• LinkedIn content
• Instagram growth content
• Audience retention
• Basic marketing principles
• YouTube formats and storytelling

Your job will be to take long-form content (podcasts, interviews, founder content, etc.) and turn it into high-performing content across multiple platforms.

## Responsibilities
• Edit podcast episodes
• Create short-form clips from long-form content
• Write captions and copy for LinkedIn and Instagram
• Create strong hooks and titles
• Identify viral moments from podcasts
• Suggest content ideas and angles
• Assist with YouTube content planning
• Repurpose one piece of content into multiple formats
• Create content suitable for both organic posting and paid advertising

## You MUST Have
• Experience editing podcasts
• Experience editing short-form content
• Experience writing social media copy
• Understanding of LinkedIn content
• Understanding of Instagram content
• Strong English writing skills
• Basic understanding of marketing and storytelling

## Bonus
• You have worked with founders, entrepreneurs, coaches, agencies or personal brands
• You understand YouTube retention and storytelling
• You have helped content generate strong engagement or viral reach
