Content Quality Analyst, TikTok LIVE (Spanish Speaking)

TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video, and they are seeking a Content Quality Analyst to ensure a high quality experience on their platform. This role involves analyzing user-generated content and working with cross-functional teams to improve content quality and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily screening/tagging to categorize content and evaluate its quality
• Detect and surface looming issues for analyses and discussion with stakeholders
• Conduct root cause analyses that identify areas of improvement for content quality
• Generate weekly reports and recommendations on content quality
• Conduct quality assurance for various project pipelines
• Maintain an understanding of TikTok LIVE's policies and community guidelines and identify opportunities to optimize them

Skills

• BS/BA and 1-2 years of experience working in consumer content development, content analysis, content labeling, content quality, or social listening
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential, as you will be required to review external Spanish language content
• Strong cultural understanding of live industry and community of variety of content
• Ability to analyze ecosystem quality and make recommendations to key stakeholders on changes and future improvements for the LIVE platform
• Ability to pay attention to detail and highlight areas of improvement
• Strong and professional communication skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver the results on time with high quality
• Deep passion for TikTok, mobile entertainment, social media, and popular culture
• Experience in the live streaming space and understanding of live streaming trends globally
