Ansell is looking for a Contract & Project Manager to join our team!
In this role, you will manage contract lifecycles end-to-end while supporting key project initiatives across cross-functional teams. You will ensure strong execution of agreements, support pricing and RFQ/RFP activity, and help drive operational excellence and timely delivery of business priorities.

What your role will be
• Manage contract lifecycle activities including drafting, renewal, amendment, and termination
• Support RFQ/RFP processes with internal teams and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Conduct contract pricing analysis and provide insights to support business planning
• Develop and track project plans, scorecards, and timelines to ensure successful execution
• Monitor project progress and communicate status updates, risks, and delays
• Support reporting, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders
• Maintain operational KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide sales enablement and reporting support, including rebate analysis and pipeline insights
What you will bring
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Law, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in contract management, procurement, or related roles
• Project management experience strongly preferred (PMP or CPCM a plus)
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
• Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Asana, etc.)
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Limited travel required (
