Role Overview

Circle K Stores, Inc. is seeking a Convenience Store Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our convenience store locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing store employees, maintaining high standards of store appearance, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise store employees to ensure they provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
? Develop and implement strategies to improve sales growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of store appearance.
? Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.

Maintain accurate records and reports, including financial statements, inventory levels, and employee performance metrics. Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a convenience store setting.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with employees, customers, and suppliers.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
