What You’ll Do

As a CRO Specialist, you’ll lead experimentation programs for multiple clients and own the performance of their testing roadmaps.

You will:
• Analyze websites, funnels, and customer journeys to identify conversion barriers.
• Create actionable hypotheses backed by data, user research, and UX principles.
• Collaborate with designers to translate ideas into sharp, conversion-focused variations.
• Work with developers and QAs to ensure clean, reliable test launches.
• Interpret test results, uncover insights, and recommend next-step strategies.
• Build experimentation roadmaps and guide clients through CRO best practices.
• Communicate findings clearly — written and verbal communication is critical.
• Hold yourself accountable to timelines, accuracy, and measurable performance.

This role combines UX, analytics, psychology, creativity, and disciplined thinking.
