Coordinator, Global Events & Ticketing
USTA National Campus is the national governing body for the sport of tennis in the United States. The Coordinator, Global Events & Ticketing will provide project management and administrative support for ticketing operations at USTA Major Events, ensuring accuracy in ticketing systems and enhancing the overall fan experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage ticketing setup, sales tracking, and reporting
- Coordinate group sales, premium seating, and hospitality packages
- Provide cross-lane administrative and project management support
- Track budgets, invoices, and compliance documentation
- Maintain master event calendar and deliverable timelines
Skills
- Some domestic travel required for on-site ticketing support
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite and project management tools (e.g., com)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
