USTA National Campus is the national governing body for the sport of tennis in the United States. The Coordinator, Global Events & Ticketing will provide project management and administrative support for ticketing operations at USTA Major Events, ensuring accuracy in ticketing systems and enhancing the overall fan experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage ticketing setup, sales tracking, and reporting
  • Coordinate group sales, premium seating, and hospitality packages
  • Provide cross-lane administrative and project management support
  • Track budgets, invoices, and compliance documentation
  • Maintain master event calendar and deliverable timelines

Skills

  • Some domestic travel required for on-site ticketing support
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and project management tools (e.g., com)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
