Capitol Services is a leading provider of services to legal and financial professionals nationwide, seeking a Corporate Fulfillment Specialist to join their team. The role involves processing orders related to public record filing and retrieval, ensuring effective communication and maintaining accurate records throughout transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with coworkers, correspondents, jurisdiction employees, and others in a timely, effective, and professional manner
  • Utilize systems to “build” transactions and release various portions of the order to coworkers, correspondents, or state/county offices for processing
  • Access public record websites to file and retrieve publicly recorded documents
  • Review, prepare, and submit filings, paying close attention to rules and regulations
  • Maintain clear records throughout transactions to ensure accurate results and invoicing

  • Technical competencies: You are comfortable using Microsoft Software (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and interacting with Adobe PDF documents
  • Office environment: You are able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time
