About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Strategy Consulting team. You will work closely with executive leaders to develop and execute strategic plans, drive analysis and solution development, and leverage critical thinking and problem-solving skills to support the design and execution of new solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Empower decision-making and execution of strategic initiatives across the company
- Lead a portfolio of cross-functional projects to develop general management and future leadership capabilities
- Drive analysis and solution development for key business challenges to enable new growth and value opportunities
- Leverage critical thinking and problem-solving skills to support the design and execution of new solutions
- Manage the creation of detailed financial models to support strategic planning and investment requests
- Collaborate with data scientists to build analytics solutions focused on embedding AI/ML into critical business decisions and processes
- Craft and deliver actionable recommendations to senior leadership through data-driven analysis and visualization

Requirements
Must-haves:
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
- Six or more years of relevant work experience
Nice-to-haves:
- MBA or advanced degree in Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or Engineering
- Two or more years of strategy experience with a top-tier management consulting firm
- Intellectual curiosity and passion for technology-backed, transformative industries
- Experience in a leadership role responsible for the design, development, and implementation of a strategic plan
