We are looking for a senior leader with focus on leadership, creating highly motivated teams, customer excellence and to drive growth to gain market shares on the Swedish networking and cyber security market.

  • Developing a winning team and building a culture with a help out mentality and a great team spirit.
  • Deeply understanding of our customers’ needs and pain points and secure their priorities with relevant solutions
  • Bring support to your team by actively participating in customers and partners meetings
  • Engage in planning and development to drive revenue by supporting and assisting your team in closing opportunities
  • Ability to communicate with leaders, including C-suite and being the spokesperson in Sweden
  • Drive customer excellence and customer experience
  • Helping our partners to build more and relevant managed security services based on Fortinet Solutions
  • Securing that Fortinet is the #1 choice for SASE and that Fortinet is the trusted advisor for our customers transformation journey
  • Maintain and develop our leading position to secure operation technology environments
  • Execution focus with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and grow the team with the best people required

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years technology selling experience managing a team
  • Proven ability to sell solutions to enterprise customers
  • fluent in English and Swedish
  • Experience in the network security industry
  • A proven track record of significant over-quota achievement and demonstrated career stability
  • Experience in closing large deals
  • Excellent presentation skills to executives & individual contributors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Goal oriented individual, with vast interpersonal managerial skills, strong business acumen and positive leadership abilities with proven results in mentoring, motivating and developing teams.
