Seeking Creative Architect / Visual Artist for Hobbit-Inspired Village Concept (Video + Graphics)

We are looking for a highly creative architect, 3D visual artist, or design studio to bring a unique vision to life: a one-time hobbit-inspired village concept rooted in organic, sustainable design principles.

Project Overview

The concept includes

12 residential units (hobbit-style dwellings integrated into the landscape)

3 larger communal structures, envisioned as:

A central gathering space

Artisan shops / creative studios A pool / relaxation area The design should be inspired by the Hobbiton movie set https://youtu.be/ihqouGmra9g?si=-fG-Df2363an9Soo and will use 15 different Biotekt prototypes (https://biotekt.com/design/), emphasizing ecological integration, natural forms, and innovative architecture.
Deliverables

High-quality visual graphics and renderings of the full village concept A short video presentation (preferred) that:

Introduces the project under the working title: “Your Project”

Showcases the layout and spatial relationships of all units

Presents a hypothetical location, clearly placed within a General Arrangement Topography Plan

Highlights how the village fits harmoniously into its surrounding environment

Ideal Candidate

Strong background in architectural visualization, landscape design, or concept art

Experience with organic / eco-architecture or fantasy-inspired environments

Ability to translate conceptual ideas into compelling visual storytelling
